Today, everyone talks about UX, CX, Service Design and so on… Well, I have been designing, strategising, implementing and most importantly thinking for digital since 1996. I arrived in Dubai in 2005 where I co-founded region’s first UX, CX and Usability consultancy in 2011 – RBBi is now a 55 member team and growing. I am a design school graduate and have completed my HCI (Human Computer Interaction) in 2000. I love digital and it shows.
